John E. Parker
Chief Executive Officer
John Parker is a seasoned expert in IT strategy, requirements management, business analysis, project management, IT strategic planning, and IT value management. His experience and knowledge span decades, stemming from leadership roles as CIO and strategy consultant for Hospital Sisters Health System; executive vice president and chief technology officer for the national consulting firm MAXIMUS; founder, partner, and executive vice president of Spectrum Consulting Group; and partner at KPMG. Drawing from his vast knowledge of business analyses and project management, John leads the design and development of Enfocus Requirements Suite’s valuable mind maps, templates, examples, and tools. John also regularly shares his expertise and insights on our Enfocus Solutions blog. John graduated cum laude from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Systems Professional. He also holds a Certificate of Mastery in Process Reengineering.
George C. Casey
Chairman and CFO
George Casey is a Certified Public Accountant, information systems professional, and proven business executive. He has 40-plus years’ experience in multiple roles including consulting principal at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, a full-service law firm specializing in outsourcing technology; division president and board member at MAXIMUS Inc.; founder and partner of Spectrum Consulting Group LLC; partner at the global firm, KPMG; and audit principal at Arthur Young & Company. George is known for providing well-thought-out, candid, reasonable, and effective advice and assistance to organizations seeking to improve processes, reduce costs, and save time. He has been called on by large Fortune 500 companies, small enterprises, and national non-profit organizations to determine inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and create and implement solutions to those inefficiencies with interim leadership, superb project management, and comprehensive assessments and consulting. George specializes in project management, process and productivity improvement, accounting and financial reporting, start-ups, vendor management, and interim executive leadership. He has a degree in accounting from Northwestern University.
Sergio R. Reyes
Executive Vice President of Solutions
Sergio Reyes built his career in IT service management, focusing on all aspects of testing and validation, release management production migration, infrastructure requirements, project budgeting and estimating procedures, vendor-delivery, and program management framework. In his most recent consulting engagement at a Fortune 20 client, Sergio reengineered web development, middleware, and SAP customization SDLC using Agile and ITIL best practices. Prior to that, Sergio designed and developed IT processes and supporting tools and training materials for IT strategy, application development, and infrastructure management. Sergio began his career as an independent web developer and analyst for user interface and server-side content delivery frameworks using various technologies, including XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP, and Java. Sergio has a degree in International Business from Universidad Anahuac, Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
